KVKK Başvuru

İlgili kişi (veri sahibi) olarak 6698 sayılı KVK Kanunun 13. maddesi ile 10.03.2018 tarih ve 30356 sayılı “Veri Sorumlusuna Başvuru Usul ve Esasları Hakkında Tebliğ” hükümleri uyarınca, aynı kanunun 11. maddesinde belirtilen ve aşağıda 9 madde halinde sayılan haklarınıza ilişkin taleplerinizi yazılı olarak şirket merkez adresimiz olan “A.O.S.B. Mah. 10014 Sk. No:1 Çiğli İzmir” adresine veya şirketimize ait “[email protected]” kayıtlı elektronik posta (KEP) adresimize gönderebilirsiniz.

Başvurunuzda;

• Ad, soyadı ve başvuru yazılı ise imza,
• Türkiye Cumhuriyeti vatandaşları için T.C. kimlik numarası, yabancılar için uyruğu, pasaport numarası veya varsa kimlik numarası,
• Tebligata esas yerleşim yeri veya iş yeri adresi,
• Varsa bildirime esas elektronik posta adresi, telefon ve faks numarası,
• Talep konusu,

bilgilerinin bulunması yukarıda belirtilen tebliğin 5/2. maddesi gereğince zorunlu olup bu bilgilerden bir veya birkaçını içermeyen başvurular mevzuat gereği maalesef işleme alınamamaktadır.

KVK Kanunun 11. maddesi kapsamında iletebileceğiniz talepler şunlardır:

• Kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenebilirsiniz.
• Kişisel verileriniz işlenmişse buna ilişkin bilgi talep edebilirsiniz.
• Kişisel verilerinizin işlenme amacını ve bunların amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenebilirsiniz.
• Yurt içinde veya yurt dışında kişisel verilerinizin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri öğrenebilirsiniz.
• Kişisel verilerinizin eksik veya yanlış işlenmiş olması hâlinde bunların düzeltilmesini isteyebilirsiniz.
• Kişisel verilerinizin silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteyebilirsiniz.
• Düzeltme, silme veya yok etme taleplerinizin kişisel verilerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteyebilirsiniz.
• İşlenen kişisel verilerinizin münhasıran otomatik sistemler vasıtasıyla analiz edilmesi suretiyle aleyhinize bir sonucun ortaya çıkması durumunda bu sonuca itiraz edebilirsiniz.
• Kişisel verilerinizin kanuna aykırı olarak işlenmesi sebebiyle zarara uğramanız durumunda zararın giderilmesini talep edebilirsiniz.

2. The Purpose of Processing Your Personal Data

Your personal data belonging to the categories of “identity, communication, transaction security, finance” are processed during the application process for establishing a dealer/franchise relationship with our company for the following purposes:

• For you to be able to apply to our company to receive dealer/franchise service and to register the application,
• For candidate dealers/franchisors, the ability to represent our company, to protect its interests and to fulfill other obligations specified in the law diligently and whether there acquired criteria are met; to evaluate your application as a whole,
• To be able to communicate in order to carry out the registration and evaluation process completely, including the documents and deficiencies that may be required for registration during the application process, and to share the result of the application with you,
• To be able to present all communication records as evidence in possible legal disputes.

Your personal data is not transferred to any third party / institution / organization or company.

4. Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Your Personal Data

Your personal data that you declared and delivered electronically is collected through information entries made to business partnership candidate application form on our website and it is processed depending on the legal reasons specified in the subparagraph c of Article5/2 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No.6698 such as “processing of personal data belonging to the parties of a contract, is necessary provided that it is directly related to the conclusion or fulfillment of that contract”
